The color of Connecticut Honey varies with the season, generally starting out light in the Spring and progressing to darker and redder hues toward the Fall as the floral sources of nectar change.
Crystallization will also make the honey appear lighter and opaque.

Honey has no expiration date!
Store honey tightly-capped at room temperature.
To revert honey back to a liquid state, immerse the jar in a warm water bath. Do not microwave.
